 Microbiological LABORATORY

The analysis of possible dangers is crucial for the food safety management. Microbiological contaminations are still one of the most dangerous and the most frequent all over the world. This is why in the microbiological laboratory we use the latest equipment and tests to determine the level of the microbiological contaminations during the whole production process. Including the control in the process enables initial elimination of such factors as microbiologically contaminated raw materials or inappropriately cleaned equipment.
